This has been the most detailed dental experience that I have ever had! They use new technology to do your xrays that are super fast and they make you part of the experience by answering all of your questions. They work with your budget and give you a detailed printed explanation of your treatment plan. This was all on the first visit! They receptionist are super nice and the rest of the staff are amazing! This is my new dentist for family ????

Katie did a great job cleaning my teeth and not mocking me for not taking better care of them. The doctor was also very nice and answered a few of my questions in a way that was honest and not money grubbing like other offices I’ve been to. They were fast yet thorough, def sticking with them after several bad starts at other dentistsq

It was my daughter's first experience at the dentist just as she turned three years old. The whole experience was great! The hygienist showed her all of her tools and made my daughter feel at ease. She even got a toy after the appointment for doing so well! The whole appointment was super quick, no wait at all, and we are all set for our next cleanings in May.

I'm 50 yrs old & before I came to Smile Exchange of Springfield, PA I use to hate going to the Dentist. These lady Doctors and their staff are great. The Dentist is AMAZING. I no longer have a fear of going to the dentist anymore. I cried at 44 yrs old in another dentist's chair, but NOT at Smile Exchange. I was so happy that they made me feel comfortable and the outcome is wonderful. My teeth looks great. I'd recommend everybody to come here for the health of your mouth. I love these ladies.

Today was my first visit to Smile Exchange of Springfield . I was greeted and welcomed by the office manager. I think her name was Nicki. She was so friendly and efficient .Rebecca . The dental hygienist was professional and so easy to talk to and took X-rays and made the evaluation so quickly and efficiently. Her recommendations were easy to follow and understand .The facility was equipped with state-of- the -arts technology. Dr. Needleman was helpful and gave an expert plan for my dental health. I would recommend this office to everyone I meet.

My visit was very positive. They are so professional at this office and wonderful. The receptionist was energized, which made me feel comfortable. I communicated how one of the assistant was be a bit rough and my doctor assured me that she would handle it. I'm glad she said that because I wasn't going to return if she didn't support my concerns. The pregnant doctor is who worked With me, awesome!!!!????I will be back, due to the cleanliness, communication, and care& concerns from the entire team. It's worth my drive from Philadelphia area. THANKS ????

Great experience, everyone was extremely nice and very knowledgeable about their skill. I was self-conscious about my smile on my first visit, but the staff made me feel special like I was their only patient. I am very happy to have selected them to do my dental work. Thank you Smile Exchange!

Excellent Service and quality staff. Makes you feel comfortable not awkward. State of the art facility. I was afraid of the dentist due to all the phobias of women being drugged in dental offices, but Smile Exchange has a staff of women who made that fear non existent. Thank You!

Very nice office and staff.I did not receive the treatment plan or pricing that I requested. I was interested in a complete set of dentures. Instead I was given a treatment plan and pricing for what the dentist wanted to do. Disappointing.
